Execution of the works described in the revised executive project of the `` Executive Institute project Xaloc 2/0 lines ', in the round of the Masia Nova, number 5 in the SUPP-9 sector, Central Mercat-PARC sector of the Roquetes, definitively approved by the Plenum of the Corporation on September 24Of 2024. The new building will consist of a built area of 2,227.85 m2 with a small basement floor by installations, ground floor and first floor. In the outside area it is proposed to execute a sports court. In the adjacent plot where the new Xaloc Institute will be locatedThe Mediterranean School, built in 2007-2009, formed by a ground floor building with a smaller surface area. The project plans to establish a certain connection between the existing school and the newly created institute. Will connect the recreation courtyards and playing courts through a porchExterior on the ground floor. This intended connection will involve a small heading of demolition in the existing school building in order to unite the two buildings.
