Description of the provision: Within the framework of the powers of the City Council of Cornella de Llobregat, granted by Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Roas and art. 25 of Law7/1985 of April 2, regulating the bases of local regime (competencies of the municipi), the "Technical Memory Valued by the waterproofing of roofs and protection of the structure of the autobus school, "is justified to respond to the following needs:- To fulfill the objectives established in project- To fulfill the objectives in accordance with the current regulations. Established needs are defined in the preparatory ladocumestation corresponding to the aforementioned technical report, which will act as the specifications of technical clauses in the procedure of awarding the contract for the execution of the works corresponding.
