Description:
Description of the service: The object of this contract is the execution of the works defined in the Executive Project for the rehabilitation and expansion of the old rectory for a local consultancy and office (file X2025000031), drawn up by the architects of the company 05 AM Arquitectura, SLP, Joan Arnau Farràs and Carme Muñoz Ramírez, definitively approved by the local Government Board in its session of September 23 2025. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The main access is in the same position as at present, through the porch and in the center of the facade. The project includes a second secondary access between the new volume and the existing building which will give flexibility to the operation of the building. The local Serinyà office will be moved to the ground floor. This will consist of two doctor/nurse general consultation rooms in contact with the east facade, an emergency care room in contact with the plaza facade and a waiting area in contact with the median that will communicate with the new extension.
