Exp 24-61 POSS MANAGEMENT SERVICE (BSM) OF AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION INSTALLATIONS WITH SCHNEIDER BRAND CONTROL AND REGULATION DEVICES FOR SPORTS CENTERS (CAN MERCADER AQUATIC COMPLEX AND PARC SPORTIU LLOBREGAT) MANAGED BY PROCORNELLÀ A CORNELLÀ DE LLOBREGAT FOR THE TERM OF TWO YEARS, with special conditions linked to social and labor conditions; innovation and service quality. Description of the service: 1.- ORDINARY BSM SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE SERVICE ACCORDING TO THE ANNUAL PROGRAM, which will be applied for the entire duration of the contract: The contract includes: 8 visits to the sports centers having to make 6 visits to the PELL and 2 Can Mercader and according to the needs of those responsible for the contract, having to pay accordingly for each visit the attached document with the name MAINTENANCE CONTRACT REVIEW REPORT which is attached as an ANNEX document and preventive maintenance must also be carried out according to the management programs. The annual backup service of the IT systems is also included: includes a back-up of the latest version installed and working properly and its reinstallation if necessary. It will be necessary to detect the anomalies and make a corrective action report with conclusions and recommendation, making a subsequent report with the measures taken.
