Exp 25-104 MIXED SUPPLY AND ASSEMBLY SERVICES, DISASSEMBLY OF STANDS AND FURNITURE AND INTERIOR EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE FAIR EVENTS (OUR OWN AND EXTERNAL) THAT WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE YEAR 2026: LOT 1.- IMMERSION FAIR; LOT 2.- CHILDREN'S FAIR; I LOT 3.- EXTERNAL FAIRS, AT THE CORNELLÀ DE LLOBREGAT FAIR FACILITIES (Tirso de Molina 34 CP 08940, Cornellà de Llobregat) Description of the service: Includes: Supply and services: - Supply of exhibition stands. - Leasing of stand assembly and dismantling services.-The rental of the corresponding furniture.-The interior equipment of the stands.-The maintenance of the stands, furniture and interior equipment, which must be done by making them available during the days of the permanent fair, of a maintenance person specialized in electrical issues.-Includes transport without a minimum order. Includes the following tasks: • Transport, assembly and disassembly. • Made available for use and enjoyment, according to their destination.• Assignment to the execution of the contract for the coordination and general supervision of the service, monitoring its correct operation, cleaning, repair, as well as responding to any incident that occurs within the different fairs.• Assignment of any material or personal means necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contract, as well as auxiliary means that are essential in order to be able to provide this service in perfect condition...
