EXP 25-47 Possible work on the works included in the basic and executive project called the new access staircase to the technical room of the Auditorium drafted by the architect, Valentin Alvarez Planas, dated April 2025
Provision description: The works consist of: -Deverroc de l'Escala, of the handrail and of the existing tensors -demolition of the existing Ras sky. -Construction of the new scale (plates, profiles, anchors, landings, steps and railing, of metal profiles and anchoring plates such as stabilization) .- Sintering of the affected area, with the construction of a partition, -Ancstablishment metal-construction of sky Demolition, adapting to the new geometry-installation electricity, electrical and luminaire mechanisms, of the new space -CoCOLOCOL COLORATION, Painting and cleaning the intervention of which the different elements will be the subject, as well as the techniques to be used, They will be the ones that appear in the project.
