Exploitation of the cafeteria-bar service of the Polivalent Social Center "La Soledad" located in C/Siroco s/n of Chiclana de la Frontera.
The provision of the service will be adjusted to the conditions included in the PCAP and the PPT, which will be an integral part of the contract, which defines the installation Object of exploitation that exclusively comprises the area for the use of the cafeteria-bar bar with an approximate area of 25.76 m2 and dependence destined to the use of warehouse of 3.64 m2 of
Surface, both on the ground floor of the aforementioned building.
