Description:
The purpose of the contract is the provision of the exploitation, maintenance and surveillance service of the controlled landfill of Vilafranca del Cid, intended for non -hazardous waste. The service includes all the necessary tasks to guarantee the proper operation of the installation, in accordanceto the technical, environmental and administrative demands applicable. The installation is subject to post-clarifying phase maintenance and requires periodic actions for leachate management, access control, the surveillance of critical elements such as piezometers, balsas, fenced,Vials and collectors, as well as the operation of associated equipment and systems. Likewise, the composting operation of selective organic matter and the drafting of technical reports, annual report and follow -up documentation for its referral to the competent environmental body is included. The contractIt also implies the mandatory subrogation of an operator and the disposition by the winner of adequate human media and materials, including machinery such as Cuba truck, loading shovel, recirculation tactor and tractor with spray coupling.
