Description:
The purpose of this contract is to establish the conditions for the
provision of the External Prevention Service (SPA) in matters of Prevention of
Occupational Risks for the specialty of Occupational Medicine, not developed by the
Prevention Service of the University of Seville (hereinafter
US), integrating this activity with the rest of the preventive activities
developed in the terms required in the specific regulations for Prevention of
Occupational Risks, Social Security and the Andalusian Autonomous Community.
The scope of this activity (Medicine of the Work/Health Surveillance) will cover
all University personnel, both civil servant and labor, whether personal
teacher and researcher (PDI), administration and services staff (PAS), staff
hired under research projects, research staff in training
or research fellows and any other person who, by legal imperative,
could be affected, without this implying in any case a variation in the price of the
contract.
