F26.005CN - PROJECT DRAFTING SERVICES, WORK MANAGEMENT, EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT, QUALITY CONTROL AND SAFETY AND HEALTH (ESS+CSS) OF THE WORK, TO COMPLETE THE RENOVATION OF THE VILLARROEL BUILDING 170, IN BARCELONA, ON THE 3rd FLOOR OF INTERPAVELLÓ 6-8 FOR IMPLEMENTATION TWO WHITE ROOMS AND ATTACHED ROOMS FOR THE HANDLING OF MEDICINES WITH CYTOSTATICS WITH GMP STANDARD AND BSL-2/OMG BIOLOGICAL CONTAINMENT, FOR CLINICAL TRIALS OF THE PHARMACY SERVICE, OF THE MEDICINE AREA, FOR THE BARCELONA-INSTITUT CLINIC RESEARCH FOUNDATION OF BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AUGUST PI AND SUNYER (IDIBAPS). Description of the service: The object of the contract is the selection of the company that will be able to perform the corresponding services for the drafting of the civil works project and facilities, management of works (DO) and executive management (DEO), quality control, health and safety study and coordination, to carry out the renovation work on floor 3 of interpavillion 6-8, in the Villarroel 170 building, of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, to implement two clean rooms and their annexed rooms for the handling of cytostatic medicines with GMP standards and BSL2 biological containment with genetically modified organisms (GMOs), according to the technical characteristics and conditions defined in the Specification Technical Prescriptions (TPTs).
