- Faced with the Organizational Changes Derived from the New Management of Icb and the Progressive Expansion of the Company's Activity —Both In Own Production and Institutional Collaborations, Co-productions, Broadcasts, ...Etc.—, It Is Necessary to Update And unify insurance coverage under a single contract file that includes the contract of insurance services that cover the activity of Icb, Information and Communication of Barcelona, Sa (Betevé), through three policies Differentiated and tendered by lots: Lot 1: Civil liability Lot 2: Material damage Lot 3: Accidents The objective is to substantially improve the conditions of coverage with respect to those of the framework agreement, strengthen the comprehensive protection of Icb and adapt the Insurance Contracts for the Specific Reality of an Audiovisual Public Media, With a Realistic and Preventive Approach to the Risks Associated with Its Activity Contracting is Essential to Guarantee: − The Protection of the Heritage and Technical Equipment of The Ens, − The Liability Derived From Its Audiovisual Public Service Activity, − And The Coverage Of Personal Risks Linked To The Development Of The Activity.
