Description of the benefit: Project. The Plenary Session of the City Council of Vilaller, in session 06/2024, ordinary, held on November 6, 2024, adopted the agreement to definitively approve the project of the works of the sports center, phase 1 in the sports area in the red text version of the same.which contains several complementary determinations and requirements that were substantiated during the processing of the project itself as specified in the agreement of the plenary session of May 15, 2024, in the allegation presented, to the two supervision reports issued by the Diputacion de Lleidaand to the additional contributions made by the editors. The revised document is incorporated into the reference file as "06 00 XX CONVERIAL PROJECT". The budget of the action amounts to 435,000.00 euros of material execution budget plus 19 % (general expenses and industrial benefit)For 82,650.00 euros, execution budget for contract of 517,650.00 euros, plus 108,706.50 euros of VAT to 21% and 626,356.50 euros total. In the budget of the City of Vilaller by 2025, in its version approved by agreement of the plenary of the City Council in session number1/2025, held on April 9, 2025 (currently in the process of public information), in the application of expenses 2025/1,342.622.01, there is sufficient budgetary consignment to attend to the aforementioned expense.ob...
