File Digitalization Service Contract of the General Directorate of Protection to the Childhood and families for preservation with original value, financed with Next Generation EU funds of the recovery and resilience (MRR) mechanism.
The object of the contract consists of the services of digitalization of files in paper support located in the offices and archives of the General Directorate of Child Protection and families, for its preservation with original value in the General Digital Archive of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and its digitized integration into the management systems of the General Directorate for its Knowledge and treatment, which will be executed with the procedures and requirements legally established in the legal and technical reference regulations. In addition, the intelligent identification of all the key information in these files and documents and the Food of an intelligent knowledge base to be exploited by the General Directorate.
