- Description of the provision: The Plenum of the Alta Ribagorça County Council, in session 227 04 2025 10 18 12 2025 ORDINARY, held on December 18, 2025, approved the Executive Project for the construction of a shared workshop in the Alta Ribagorça, written by Joan Font i Turrats, technical agricultural engineer, member no. 1911, on behalf of Aspecte Enginyeria SL, as well as carry out the contracting process for the works. The project will be developed in the municipality of Vilaller, in the property patrimonial property registration no. 2589, cadastral reference 204590200CH10C0001HH, ceded by the Town Council of Vilaller to the Regional Council for a term of thirty years. The budget of the project is 177,190.91 basic euros, 37,210.09 euros of VAT at 21%, and 214,401.00 euros in total, with an expected duration of 4 months (sixteen weeks) from the date of the rescheduling report. Given that it is necessary to proceed with the tendering of the works, the purpose of this resolution is to start the contracting process, approve the specifications and develop it by establishing the deadline for the submission of proposals, which will be indicated in the tender announcement and in the Contractor's Profile.
