- DESCRIPTION: Independent Engineer for technical validation services during the commissioning stage of Solar PV projects at the following UNHCR sub-offices:- Kakuma Sub-office, Kenya, Turkana County (850 kWp): Solar PV System with grid-forming battery storage system (2,300kWh Lithium) and hybrid operational mode with external back-up connection capacity (genset or grid)- Melkadida Sub-office, Ethiopia, Southern Region (607 kWp): Solar PV Power Plant with grid-forming Battery Storage System (2,000kWh Lithium) and hybrid operational mode, with external backup power connection capacity (genset or grid).- Adjumani Field Office, Uganda, West Nile Region (252 kWp): Solar PV System with grid-forming battery storage system (400kWh Lithium) and hybrid operational mode with external back-up connection capacity (genset or grid).- Yumbe Field Office, Uganda, West Nile Region (81 kWp): Solar PV System with grid-forming battery storage system (291kWh Lithium) and hybrid operational mode with external back-up connection capacity (genset or grid)
