Description of the provision: The object of the framework agreement is the approval of up to four (4) companies for the execution of civil works work in the works defined in the `` project of works for the renewal of the drinking water supply network in the district of the Old Town and the Santa Maria industrial estate ' that cannot develop SABEMSA due to the lack of the necessary material and personal means, due to the technical complexity of the performance.
