• Description:
• The purpose of this framework agreement is:
  − define the services to be provided and their unit prices
  − approve a supplier that will have to provide prepress, printing, binding and transport services for books, magazines and printed material for the University of Barcelona.
  Simultaneously Also part of the object is the establishment of the conditions under which the contracting will be carried out based on this framework agreement with the successful bidder.
  This framework agreement will cover the needs of the different functional units of the UB, although its management will be carried out centrally from UB Publications and Editions.
  The purpose of the framework agreement does not specify in a closed manner all the services susceptible to future contracting, individually considered, but rather it delimits in an open but sufficient manner, the characteristics of the services to be contracted, taking into account that the Framework Agreement is an open contractual commitment
  The conditions and criteria for approval and based contracting will be set out in this list of administrative clauses.
