Description:
The Framework Agreement is intended to set the conditions for the residential care of half stay of adolescents who arrive in the Community of Madrid without family accompaniment, aged between 12 and 17 years (until the day immediately prior to the fulfillment of the 18 years), Attended with the General Directorate of Children, Family and Birth Promotion (hereinafter, DGIFFN) as well as the procedure for its benefit, through contracts based on this Framework Agreement. All this, within the configuration of the protection centers such as environments Insurance and good treatment, which is referred to in Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on Integral Protection to Children and Adolescents against violence (hereinafter, Lopivi). The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once contracted by virtue of the contracts that are They derive, will be integrated within the public network of minors protection centers, dependent on the DGIFFN of the Family, Youth and Affairs Ministry Social.
