Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the reference standards for contracts based, during their execution, on conservation and maintenance services for buildings and infrastructure of the port of Gijon that are identified in the technical specifications. Taking into account the typology and characteristics of the services and the elements to which they refer, the following lots are established: Lot 1 Building maintenance: Includes the maintenance actions and necessary repairs that arise from unforeseen events or from the result of periodic inspections in the buildings. buildings and lighthouses dependent on the APG Lot 2 Infrastructure maintenance: Includes the necessary maintenance and repair actions that arise from unforeseen events or from the result of periodic inspections of the infrastructure and superstructure of the port service area, including navigation aids dependent on the APG. Lot 3 Maintenance in the service area of the local port Includes maintenance actions and necessary repairs that arise from unforeseen events or from the result of periodic inspections of the infrastructure and superstructure of the service area of the local port, as well as urban furniture and equipment. The actions corresponding to each lot are determined in the technical specifications document.
