Description:
The purpose of the conclusion of this Framework Agreement (hereinafter, the "Framework Agreement") is to provide, through the Contracting Central, an assistance service for the management of payrolls of public employees assigned to Local Entities and their dependent entities and labor advice. (hereinafter, the "Services"), in accordance with the provisions of article 227 of the LCSP, and in the last paragraph of the Fifth Additional Provision of the LBRL.
