Framework Agreement for the Performing Work Ensure work of the execution projects of the Works included in the field of work indicated in the indicated lots, and/or optional direction or technical assistance to the optional address of the works management and/or assistance in the drafting of municipal works
The framework is intended to establish the requirements and conditions for The selection of contractors for the subsequent holding of contracts based on this framework agreement, for the performance of the work of the execution projects of the works included in the work scope indicated in the lots, and/or optional direction or technical assistance to the Optional direction of the works.
Municipal technical services do not have enough material and personal means to carry out the execution of the programs of which this municipality is awarded numerous public aid, including European funds, or those that could be substantiated from successive calls of these or other ordinary investment projects required of a dedication and/or specialization with the intervention of technicians with which this City Council does not have full availability for these purposes.
