- This Framework Agreement is configured, in view of its benefits, as a supply contract in accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of the LCSP, which aims to select up to 3 successful bidders per lot for the provision to the Adhering Entities of a supply of computer equipment on a lease basis, maintenance under the terms provided for in the PPT and its withdrawal once the contract has concluded, unless the contracting entity opts for the purchase option provided for in clause 3.9 of the PPT. The maintenance, technical support, service levels, warranty, insurance and removal of equipment that will be regulated in the Technical Prescription Document are accessory and inseparable from the supply of computer equipment. lacking functional and economic autonomy, without altering the nature of the contract as a supply contract.
