Description:
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish the conditions for the residential care of minors who arrive in the Community of Madrid without family accompaniment. of ages between 12 and 17 years (until the day immediately preceding the reaching the age of 18), attended to by the General Directorate of Childhood, Family and Birth Promotion (hereinafter, DGIFFN) and defined in the Technical Prescription Document, which specifies the administrative needs to be met. satisfy and the factors of all kinds to be taken into account, as well as the procedure for its provision is established, through contracts based on this Framework Agreement. All of this, within the configuration of the protection centers as safe and of good treatment, referred to in Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on comprehensive protection of children and adolescents against violence. The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once contracted under the contracts that they are derived, they will be integrated into the Public Network of Centers for the Protection of Minors, dependent on the DGIFFN of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs.
