• Description:
• The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to determine the conditions of the service contracts “Residential Care with an Occupational Center for adults with intellectual disabilities”, (hereinafter Residential Care Service occupational-RESCO) defined in the Technical Prescription Document (hereinafter PPT), which specifies the administrative needs to be satisfied through the Framework Agreement and the factors of all kinds to be taken into account, as well as establishing the procedure for its provision, through contracts based on this agreement. The places awarded in this Framework Agreement, once concluded under the contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the Public Network of Training Centers. Care for adults with disabilities, dependent on the General Directorate with powers in matters of care for people with disabilities (hereinafter, the General Directorate), of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs (the Counseling). For these purposes, a residential center with an occupational center is understood to be the specialized social equipment that replaces one's own or family home aimed at adults with intellectual disabilities intended to provide proportional accommodation, maintenance, care and personal and social support to the extent necessary for the development of activities of daily living and occupational day care aimed at their professional qualification, personal development and interest...
