Description:
The object of the framework agreement constitutes the supply of hardware material described in the
Technical prescriptions, bound for the General Directorate of Samur Protection
Civil, setting the conditions to which the supplies that will be carried out will be adjusted
through award of contracts based on the Framework Agreement. All of this
in accordance with article 219 and following Law 9/2017, of November 8, on contracts
of the public sector, by which the directives of the
European Parliament and Council 2014/23/EU, 26 February 2014 (hereinafter, LCSP).
