Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is the centralized contracting of the supply of office paper for its common and continuous use in the different administrative units belonging to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and its autonomous bodies, as well as public entities.as and adhered public entities, in accordance with the provisions of article 219 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP), to determine the conditions of said supply during the validity of the same, its purpose being to establish the terms and conditions1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997in which said supply must be executed within its subjective scope and that it will materialize in the contracts based on which they are signed, during their term, without the total number of units to be supplied being accurately defined at the time of entering into the contract because it is subordinates1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997deliveries to the needs of the purchaser.
