Description:
The conclusion of this Framework Agreement aims to regulate the acquisition of fungible material to develop research tasks in the Biomedical Research Foundation of the Gregorio Maranon Hospital (hereinafter, FIBHGM) according to the provisions of this sheet of Administrative clauses and in the particular technical prescriptions.
As a technical rationalization system, it will include the determination of the adjudicating companies of each of the lots, of the catalogs that present with the specifications and unit prices of the products, thus As, the general conditions of the basic supplies and terms to which the contracts based on the framework agreement that, according to their amount will require a second tender, for not having the framework agreement all their defined terms will be adjusted.
