This contract includes the gardening maintenance work necessary in several buildings and urbanization of the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone of Cadiz with the expansion of Altadis, Nexus and Almanzor Buildings in Algeciras, Cloister of the San Agustin Convent in Jerez and the Trocadero Building in Puerto Real; as well as the cleaning-clearing-herbicide treatment of plots owned by the CZFC and located in Cadiz capital, with an estimated total area of 57,198 m2 and Cadiz province (Algeciras, Los Barrios, Barbate, Jerez, Tahivilla, Arcos de la Frontera, Puerto Real...etc) with an estimated total area of 126,407 m2.
The purpose pursued in this contract is preserve these areas in a perfect state of conservation, also complying with all legal and decorative requirements that may be established.
