- The service object of this tender must respond to the following objectives: ●Guarantee the continuity, stability and maximum availability (SLA) of the Google Workspace platform for the entire UOC and Microsoft Office 365 for the community university ●Provide expert technical support to the UOC technical administration staff to resolve complex incidents in the core of the platforms. ●Drive continuous evolution, functional improvement and the implementation of new solutions within the Google Workspace environment. ●Offer expert assistance services to resolve functional queries, usage doubts and incidents (both end user and administration) ●Ensure security and regulatory compliance (RGPD) of the platform, through monitoring and applying best practices. ●Strategically advise the UOC by identifying and proposing continuous improvements, optimizing costs and efficiency operational.
