- The General Subdirectorate of Personnel, in the performance of its functions recognized in section b) of article 21.1 of Royal Decree 1184/2024, of November 28, which develops the basic organic structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, aims to provide civil servants, including interns and labor officials who provide services at the headquarters of the Department located in Plaza de la Provincia nº1 (Palacio de Santa Cruz) with a service for issuing gourmet card as there is no cafeteria service in these facilities. In this way, it is intended to cover part of the food expenses of the staff of said headquarters in a situation of active duty, with morning and afternoon shifts, with special dedication and with special days and schedules.
