• Description of the service: A. The drafting of the Preliminary Studies, Basic Project, Executive Project, Works Management and Activities Project for the remodeling of a municipally owned building, with the character of a public domain asset, in the current building known as "Els Rajolers", located at Plaça de la República Catalana number, 7, registered in the property register nº 3 of Mataró with registration property number 354 of Vilassar de Dalt. The project will include, through renovation and rehabilitation, the construction of: 1. FIVE (5) HOUSES. 2. COMMON SPACES, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ACCESSES AND THE ELEMENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR THE HABITABILITY OF THE HOUSES. 3. ONE (1) PREMISES - WAREHOUSE ON THE GROUND FLOOR. B. The construction of the housing complex and the premises - ground floor warehouse, as well as all the accessory elements on the building to be rehabilitated owned by the municipality, in the nature of goods in the public domain of an economic nature affecting residential use (housing) and municipal (premises resulting on the first floor low), consisting of the following elements or built bodies: 1. Ground floor of the building: Common spaces and accesses, 1 home of 40 m2, a premises - warehouse of 25 m2 2. First floor: 2 homes of 40 m2 + common spaces 3.
