- Description of the provision: The granting of municipal authorizations for the exploitation of seasonal services, for the years 2026 to 2029, on the beaches of Canet de Mar, which are established in the terrestrial maritime zone of its municipal territory, in accordance with the that are provided by articles 53, 75 and especially that provided by article 115 c) of Law 22/1988, of July 28, on Coasts (LC), the plan for the distribution of uses and services for the seasons 2022-2026, approved by the Department of Vice-presidency and Digital Policies and Territory of the Generalitat of Catalonia. The following types of service are established: Lounges, Consignments, Awnings and sunbeds, Boat rental, and Water park. It involves installation, maintenance, operation, the disassembly, cleaning and storage of the material necessary for the provision of the aforementioned services.
