Description:
The purpose of this Administrative Services Contract consists in the provision of the Hazardous and Biological Waste Management Service, including the collection, transport and treatment in authorized plants, which are generated at the University of Murcia, with sustainability criteria.
CPV: 90520000-8 Radioactive, toxic, doctors and dangerous waste services
Administrative needs to be met: the University of Murcia, as a producer of hazardous waste must ensure its correct management as established in Law 7/2022, of April 8, on waste and contaminated soils For a circular economy. For this, the waste will be delivered to waste management companies that meet the requirements required by current legislation and that have the corresponding authorization by the competent body for the development of said activity.
The scope of service will understand:
A.- Providement of approved containers for waste.
b.- Identification and classification system of waste containers according to the regulations.
c.- Collection and transfer of waste to authorized waste manager.
D.- Maintenance and continuous update of documentation According to regulations.
E.- Advice and procedures necessary for the University to comply with current legislation.
