- The purpose of this contract is to have data on the composition of municipal waste in Catalonia in accordance with the provisions of Implementing Decision EU 219/1885 for the calculation of compliance with the recycling objectives set for the Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC. The tasks to be carried out involve carrying out characterizations of different fractions of municipal waste as well as the design, analysis and specific calculations to determine the type of waste bag. municipalities of Catalonia.
