Hiring a comprehensive solution that guarantees the interoperability in the capture and management of data from IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) devices in the patient's home, and its integration into the electronic medical record of the Rioja Health Service (SERIS). He contract includes: •The provision of corporate use licenses for all users determined by SERIS. •The consulting, deployment, necessary integrations with the clouds of IoMT device providers and with the systems of SERIS information, as well as the implementation of the comprehensive solution. •The implementation of a pilot project for the telemonitoring and integration in the EHR of 403 patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus who have had a hybrid closed-loop system that automates insulin dispensing based on continuous monitoring of glucose concentration. •Maintenance of the solution, including Support and preventive/corrective maintenance •The service of Evolution of the contracted solution Supply of a comprehensive solution that guarantees interoperability in the capture and management of data from IoMT devices in the patient's home and its integration into the SERIS electronic medical record.
