- The current wastewater treatment plant is state -owned by the then Ministry of Environment according to the declaration of general interest called "Sanitation and purification of municipalities of Daimiel Tables" (Law 10/2001, of July 5, of the PlanNational hydrological). The installation has reached the end of its useful life, with numerous out -of -service facilities causing noise impacts and odors in the environment. On the other hand, the spills parameters established by the recent Directive 2024/3019 on the treatment ofWastewater, which has motivated the initiation of different sanctioning files by the Water Police Station of the Guadiana Hydrographic Confederation (Reference files 10015/2024/Cr and 10031/2024/Cr.
For all the above, it is considered necessary to carry out the action of "writingof the construction project of a
