The contract will guarantee the economic consequences derived as a consequence of civil liability attributable to the CHT for:
lot 1:
professional civil liability.subsidiary civil liability of contractors and subcontractors
the locative civil liability
the primary patrimonial damages
employee goods
that may correspond direct, subsidiary, solidarity or jointly to the insured, for the damages and/or damages causedinvoluntarily to third parties as a legal entity of public law, derived from the exercise of the competences entrusted, in accordance with the provisions of the legal system in force at all times.Collection of the premium, assumes the contractually agreed risk.
It will have the condition of policyholder:
Hydrographic Confederation of the Tagus - Q2817005H, Avenida de Portugal 81, 28071 Madrid.
You will have the insured status:
the personnel of the work or official, as well as the practices personnelor scholarship, which depend directly on the CHT and act within the scope of the CHT or on behalf of it for the fulfillment of the activities that are its own.
