The nature of this benefit is developed by Law 39/2006, of December 14 and specifically in the collaboration agreement signed between the City of Villamanrique de la Condesa and the Diputacion de Sevilla where it is configured as a service established within the catalog ofservices indicated in its article 15, which will be sought by the Autonomous Communities to provide the personal autonomy of the beneficiaries of the system so that they can remain in their own home as long as possible, maintaining control of their own life,serving as support for caregivers and preventing or avoiding unnecessary or unwanted hospitalizations.(SAD) in the municipality of Villamanrique de la Condesa: Concerted Law and Sad.
