Hiring of insurance policies that cover material damage, civil liability and the environmental responsibility and civil liability for pollution of Seiasa and irrigation communities in relation to the projects of modernization and consolidation of irrigation promoted by Seiasa.
The contract that will be tendered is intended to hire the insurance policies that They cover the risks defined below:
Environmental Responsibility and Civil Responsibility for pollution.
Policy that covers (i) the civil liability of Seiasa derived from its activity, based on the agreements signed or that They subscribe with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food and the irrigation communities of which Seiaa is the holder of the works, both during the execution, and during the exploitation, according to their corporate purpose and in the terms and conditions specified in the specifications and in the PPT, (ii) the civil liability of the communities of irrigators ("CCRR") that have signed with Seiasa an agreement, in which the partial management of the exploitation of the works owned by Seiasa is regulated, only and exclusively with respect to the responsibilities imputable by the management by the management and exploitation of the infrastructure owned by Seiasa.
