Description:
The Foundation needs to take the mediation, hiring and advisory insurance insurance for private insurance for works of art as an indispensable service for the protection of the collections of works of art that houses in its museum (both of the collections and deposits and of the loansfrom third parties to temporary exhibitions)
lot 1.- "exhibitions/temporary loans"
The works received from temporary loans, both for those covered under the guarantee of the State (in order to cover the franchise and those clauses or conditions of policy ‘clavo a clavo' requestproviders), such as those who have no guarantee of the State and for which a ‘clavo nail' coverage is requested.
It is also requested conditions for assuring the works of the collections (permanent collection and Carmen Thyssen collection) ceded in temporary loan to third parties covered‘Clavo a Clavo', although to the only effects of being able to offer the terms of said policy to the borrowers of the works of the collections, so that the hiring of this coverage will be formalized in a separate contract between the insurer and the borrower.
