• Hiring services for the collection, transportation and accommodation of domestic animals abandoned and lost on public roads in the municipality of Utrera The objective is to cover the needs regarding: A) Collection on public roads, transportation, storage, transfer or adoption to third parties and when appropriate, under veterinary criteria and control and only in the circumstances described in current regulations (art. 27.a) Law 7/2023), the euthanasia of domestic companion animals abandoned or lost in the municipal term. It also includes those homeless animals whose management and care are under municipal jurisdiction, animals temporarily retained as a preventive measure, coming from homes, premises or private spaces, when there is any of the circumstances described in art. 25 OM, or because they represent a danger to public health or citizen safety.
