Description:
The reference action has been declared of general interest of the State in Law 22/1997, of July 8, by which certain hydraulic works are approved and declared of general interest under the epigraph "Improvement of the Sanitation of Ourense."
Within the "General Protocol of Collaboration between the Ministry of Environment, the Xunta de Galicia and the Northern Hydrographic Confederation for the development of certain hydraulic works of general interest in the Autonomous Community of Galicia ", signed on December 9, 1999, several actions of" improvement of the sanitation of Ourense ", among which was the" conditioning of the general collectors and interceptors of the Barbana River ". To complement this action, the hydrological plan of the demarcation of the Mino-Sil included the works of the epigraph.
The hydrological plan of the Mino-Sil demarcation establishes as necessary measures to improve and complete the building of San Cibrao with tertiary treatment and improve the collectors of the industrial polygons of Barreiros and San Cibrao das Vinas. The objective of these measures is to achieve the good ecological and chemical state of this mass of water in 2027.
It is necessary Have a specialized company for the control and surveillance of the aforementioned works to improve the building of San Cibrao das Vinas. Phase II (Ourense); Work Contract 01.332.0217/2111, of which it is complementary.
