- The purpose of this contract is the provision of the home aid service aimed at people in a dependency situation in the East, Northeast, Northwest, West and South Service Areas of the Community of Madrid, in accordance with the conditions established in the Pliego of PrescriptionsTechniques, and proportional to geographical distribution in the region of users and hours of service, in accordance with the principles of Law 39/2006, of December 13, to promote personal autonomy and attention to people in dependency, and decree 54/2015, ofMay 21, which regulates the procedure to recognize the situation of dependency and the right to system benefits for autonomy and attention to dependency in the Community of Madrid or in the provisions that replace it.Northwest
