The provision of home care services within the framework of social services. Social attention lending to a person in the place where he lives; At any stage of his life, with the aim of staying in his usual environment and achieving the highest level of quality of life, well -being and autonomy.
Home Care Service
The home care service is the organized and coordinated set of personal actions and services, and in a complementary way, of domestic nature, carried out to the domicile or the usual environment, with the purpose of Attend the needs of daily life, provide personal care, help at home and social support for people and/or families in a situation of social dependence or integration or without personal autonomy, who have been prescribed based on the diagnosis made by professionals in Municipal Social Services. The unit of measure of domestic aid services and auxiliary services will be the time (sixty minutes) effectively provided to the user. The established time price includes all organizational costs such as displacements, coordination, supervision and training. The costs derived from the material, technical or human means to properly provide the services, as well as the presentation of the service at the user's home, are also included.
