- Description of the service: The object of this contract is the provision of the Home Care Service (SAD), specifically, the care service for the person in the municipalities of Aguilar de Segarra, Castellfollit del Boix, Fonollosa, Rajadell, Sant Salvador de Guardiola, Mura, Talamanca, Gaià, Marganell, Castellnou de Bages and Sant Feliu Sasserra. The service will be carried out in the usual residential environment of the people derived from the relevant basic social services of each municipality with the aim of promoting the improves people's quality of life, enhancing their personal autonomy and suitable conditions for coexistence in their own family and community environment.
