Home food service is conceived as a social provision, aimed at facilitating the development or maintenance of personal autonomy, preventing individual deterioration with the purpose of improving the quality of life and eating habits of people with limitations In personal autonomy, contributing to the integration and permanence of people in their usual life environment, through adequate intervention and personal, domestic and social support.
With home food service, it is intended to obtain the following purposes:
• Provide A compensated diet with adequate nutrients.
• Maintain adequate eating habits to user needs.
• Prevent situations of risk of malnutrition and its consequences on health and independence.
• Avoid accident risks in vulnerable people.
• Ease support for permanence in the usual environment of people.
This service will consist of the elaboration and distribution of food to the user at your home in a approved transport and with the following characteristics:
• Typology: food from Monday to Friday, 5 weekly/user menus.
• Each menu It will be made up of a first course and a second dish.
• Personalized menus will be offered adapted to each person's nutritional needs.
