Description:
1.The object of this project contest consists in the selection of the most advantageous architectural proposal that serves to later develop the adaptation project of the old theater of the enclosure *Mundet that, maintaining the architectural qualities, allows to create theSpace to host the "Barcelona Center for Apply Neurosciences" (BCAN) and develop other uses linked in search of the functional program that is attached to the Technical Prescriptions.
2. In accordance with current community regulations on the subject, codingcorresponding to the Nomenclature of the Common Vocabulary of Contracts (CPV) of this contract is:
71220000-6 Architectural Design Services
71240000-2 Architecture, Engineering and Planning Services
71221000-3 Architecture services for buildings
3. The winner of the contest canin charge of the drafting of the projects and addresses of works, and other linked services, for the adequacy of the building of the former Mundet Campus Theater as headquarters of the BCAN, by means of a service contract by negotiated procedure, as established in article 168 d) of the LCSP,in accordance with that established in clause 19 of this specifications.
