With this contract, the Galician Parliament intends to achieve the implementation of a document and file management system. After drawing up Parliament's document management policy, which makes it possible to have a single documentary framework for the entire organization, the objective ofThis contract is the implementation of the operational electronic archive (ECM, Enterprise Content Management) and the final archive (Records Management), based on a document manager. Includes the installation of licenses for a document manager and file manager, as well as performingr its installation and integration with corporate tools in the environment of the Parliament of Galicia. Free software (free of charge) will be used, in order to facilitate interoperability with other systems and other administrations, and in no case will license costs be generated.
