- Description of the service: The object of the project is the change of the meter park and its integration into a communications network to implement remote reading. The proposal to move from conventional reading to centralized remote reading is based on the following arguments. •Efficient management of the supply: The installation of tele-reading at home meters will allow detailed monitoring of the water consumption of each home or establishment. This information will be valuable for efficient management of the supply, as it will allow to identify consumption patterns, detect possible leaks or excessive use and take corrective measures in a timely manner. In addition, it will facilitate demand planning and the appropriate management of water resources. • Accurate invoicing: With home meters installed, individualized invoicing can be established based on the actual consumption of each user. This will encourage awareness of water consumption and promote more responsible and sustainable use. A moreover, accurate billing will prevent imbalances in the tariff system and ensure that users pay according to their actual consumption, thus promoting justice in the distribution of water supply costs. • Detection of leaks and uses anomalies: With the home meters, it will be possible to individually monitor the water consumption of each supply point. This will allow for faster detection of possible leaks in the installations...
