Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the implementation service of communication with the banking sector for the management of payments and the communication of financial information; in accordance with the characteristics specified in the technical specifications (PPT). BASE-Management d'Ingressos offers councils the service of managing and collecting different types of debts and, in order to carry out this service, it is necessary to maintain communication with the different banking entities to exchange information. This communication process is carried out through exchange of electronic files in different formats, depending on the type of management that is being carried out. Specifically, we are talking about the following types of file: - Notebook 60 (Q60): Used for the communication by the bank of collection information and other municipal income, for make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes.- Booklet 43 (Q43): Used for the transmission of bank statements of current accounts.- Booklet 72 (Q72): Used for communication by the bank of changes in direct debits
